For those who prefer to take their time and enjoy an extra overnight stay in the popular port of Cherbourg, Irish Ferries has introduced Maxi-Cruise, a new extended stay trip to France. 

The new product is based on their established return-trip Mini Cruise that has proven so popular amongst wine shoppers and DIY bargain hunters.

It allows travellers to extend their stay by spending one additional night in France, all at the same Mini-Cruise price of EUR99 return per person. Those wishing to bring a car can do so for an additional EUR59 return when two or more people travel together. 

It will be available on selected Sunday departures from Rosslare during December and February next, with a return sailing departing from France on the following Tuesday. Hotel accommodation can also be arranged.
