Irish Ferries has launched its 2008 SailRail programme with prices from just £23 per person for a combined rail/ferry ticket.

The brochure highlights rail connections from all mainline stations to Holyhead port which link in with its four sailings a day to Dublin…a simple, cost-effective option for those who prefer not to fly or self-drive.

Price examples: from North Wales a one-way SailRail is £23 per person; from Liverpool or Manchester £24; from Leeds or Preston £25 and from London £27. Children aged 5-15 years pay half the adult rate and prices quoted include all taxes and charges.

Also pre-bookable with SailRail are tickets for bus connections from Dublin Port to the city centre or Heuston railway station for onward travel within Ireland. SailRail bookings can be made on 08450 755 755 or at mainline railway stations.
