100 FREE COACH SPACES ON OUR BRITAIN TO IRELAND SERVICES TO SUPPORT 'THE GATHERING' 2013.
We at Irish Ferries have pledged our support to groups wishing to attend 'The Gathering initiative in Ireland this year, by undertaking to offer 100 free return coach spaces on our cruise ferry services from Britain to Ireland.
Valued at up to £50,000 and available to eligible groups attending or participating in officially registered events, this offer is just one of a selection of green carpet offers which we plan to make available as part of our programme of support for this initiative.
This offer promises free return carriage to Ireland for groups travelling with coaches - from small mini buses to vehicles with seating for up to 30 passengers. With free coach spaces on offer for travel every week, spread across the full twelve months, this could mean free transport to Ireland for up to 3,000 extra tourists.
Groups wishing to apply for our free transport offer must make their application by email to thegathering@irishferries.com. In framing their application each group will be asked to explain how their request relates to 'The Gathering' or to a specific 'The Gathering' event.
Remember this is the first shot in what we intend will be a number of 'green carpet' offers that we will be rolling out for 'The Gathering' between now and year end, so watch this space…!

Terms and Conditions
- 100 free return coach spaces on offer over the course of 2013, up to a maximum value of £50,000.
- Maximum of 2 coaches on offer per week.
- Offers by application only to thegathering@irishferries.com, explaining how it relates to 'The Gathering' or a specific Gathering.
- Valid for new bookings only of small mini-buses from 7m long, to large 12m coaches of up to 30 passengers on Cruise Ferry sailings originating in UK.
- Excludes Travel Trade bookings.
- Supplements apply for Club Class, cabins and on board meals.
- Subject to availability and excludes selected peak periods.
