Cancel your booking - terms and conditions

Irish Ferries allow you to cancel your booking but terms and conditions apply. All cancellations should be in writing to bookings@irishferries.com

Cancellation fees:

Ireland France Routes - Motorist bookings

Cancellations up to 42 days before travel - loss of €100
Cancellations between 41 to 21 days before travel - loss of 50% of total fare with 50% refund
Cancellations within 20 days of travel - 100% cancellation charge with no refund.

Ireland France Routes - Foot-passenger bookings

100% cancellation charge - no refund

Notes

Cancellation rules apply to any outstanding balances If travel dates are amended and the booking is then subsequently cancelled the cancellation fee is based on the original date of outward travel. The proportion of any booking paid for with Tesco vouchers is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Promotional and sale fares may attract special terms and conditions relating to amendment and cancellation charges which will be listed on the relevant fare pages over the course of the offer booking period.

Ireland / Great Britain Routes - Motorist bookings

Cancellations up to 42 days before travel - loss of 25% of total fare with a 75% refund
Cancellations between 41 to 21 days before travel - loss of 50% of total fare with a 50% refund
Cancellations within 20 days of travel - 100% cancellation charge with no refund

Ireland /Great Britain Routes - Foot-passenger bookings

100% cancellation charge - no refund. This also applies to Sail/Rail bookings

Flexibility Option

Our Flexibility Option allows you to avail of reduced cancellation fees

Flexibility Option must be purchased at the time of the booking date and is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
