The information collected about you is only used to process bookings, provide a more personalised service and keep you up to date with our latest developments and special offers.

You will have the choice to opt in or out of receiving such communications by indicating so at booking stage and you will have the opportunity on every e-communication we send you to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our direct marketing material.

You can review and amend your personal details where the account was created on-line by clicking on your account and entering your e-mail address and password.

We use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve the design and layout of the website. This software does not enable us to capture any personal passenger information.

Security Policy

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit/charge card information. The process of encryption takes the information you enter and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Once your encrypted personal information is received by our secure server, it is translated back into its original form.

For additional security, your credit card/charge card details are separately stored on an "off-line" server. None of our reservations staff have access to your card details so you will need to quote your credit card details should you wish to make a telephone booking.

Finally only you know the password to your account and only you can change any details stored on your account.
