Status Update for Dublin / Holyhead route

Dublin Alexandra Road closing 19 July, access via Promenade Road : To facilitate critical road and rail maintenance works, please be advised that Alexandra Road will be closed to all Port-related traffic—including vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists—between East Wall Road and No. 1 Branch Road South, effective from 19 July 2025. This closure will remain in place until Autumn 2026. During this period, all access to and from Dublin Port will be via Promenade Road.
