Passengers must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the 3 days before departing for the UK - details of the test requirement can be found here . Children aged 10 and under do not need to take a test.
Non vaccinated passengers will need:

to quarantine for 10 days and
book and pay for Day 2 and Day 8 tests (children under 18 years exempt from quarantine, and children aged 5-18 will need to book a Day 2 PCR). Children aged 4 and under will continue to be exempt from any travel testing.
Passengers who have to quarantine can opt to pay for a Day 5 test as part of test to release.
For arrivals from RED List Countries:
Book a quarantine hotel package if you’ve been in a country or territory on the RED list in the 10 days before you arrive in England. You cannot currently enter the UK if you’ve been in or through a country on the red list unless you’re British, Irish or you have the right to live in the UK.
There are a limited set of exemptions from the international travel rules, so please check the list of exemptions carefully, as you may be fined if you fraudulently claim an exemption.
