No Amendments

Irish Ferries continues to operate schedules playing a critical role in the supply chain, so supermarket shelves remain stocked and important pharmaceutical and medical supplies are shipped.

We are also maintaining links for essential travel such as repatriation and travel for carers/essential workers including medical staff.

We are experiencing high volumes of contacts, and are working hard to get to your enquiry prioritising those booked to travel with us in the next 5 days.
We apologise that responses are taking longer than usual and thank you for your patience.

Many details including enhanced flexibility for bookings to 13 July made directly with Irish Ferries are in our COVID-19 FAQs.

From everyone at Irish Ferries thank you for you continued support during these challenging times.

Amendment fees and rules

We are very happy to allow changes to bookings. Costs apply to some changes:

  • For motorist, motorcycle and foot passenger bookings for travel with us up to July 12 2020, customers can amend their booking to a later travel date anytime up to 18 December 2020, and we will waive the amendment fees. Amendments need to be completed at least 48 hours before travel, and fare difference will apply where applicable.
  • For all motorist bookings for travel from 13 July 2020 onwards, an amendment fee of £20 / €25 per amendment will apply.
  • For all amendments, an increase in fare may apply to a change to route, date or time for travel dates up to 18 Dec 2020. All changes must be made before the existing travel dates on the booking have expired. Amendment fees will be charged on each occasion that a journey on the booking is amended. There is no amendment fee but there may be an increase in fare for changes to the number of passengers travelling on each journey, vehicle type, updating or adding a trailer, caravan or cabin or by adding Club Class.

Changes can be made online and in app via 'Manage Booking'.

You can avoid amendment fees adding ‘Flexibility Options’ to your booking in ‘Step 3 – Upgrade’
