Promotional and Sale fares may attract special terms & conditions for amendments / cancellations. Irish Ferries reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Fares are subject to availability. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Charges, administrative dues and all fees are fixed amounts and are excluded from discounts and promotional offers. In the event that the outward leg is not travelled Irish Ferries reserve the right to cancel the entire booking applying the appropriate cancellation fees. 16th April Wine Tasting Event - Producers and Wines

Irish Ferries are delighted to host Wine Beer Supermarket, a leading wine warehouse in Cherbourg for a wine tasting cruise experience departing from Dublin to Cherbourg on Thursday 16th April. Here is a flavour of the producers and wines selected for the tasting on this sailing:

  • Luc Bertrand: featuring the vineyards of the Loire valley, the longest wine route in France. The tasting will showcase a wide-ranging selection of reds and Chinon Domaine Charles Pain, Bourgueil Domaine de la Noiraie, and Reuilly Domaine Pascal Desroches.
  • Jules Thiollet: presenting classics from Bordeaux including the Michel Lynch Bordeaux range, Cabernet/Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Médoc Réserve, Saint-Emilion Réserve, Crémant de Bordeaux as well as Graves Château Villa Belair.
  • Lucas Fantin: representing the ever popular wines of the Rhône Valley wines including Crozes Hermitage from Domaine Mucyn, southern Rhone wines from Domaine Boutinot, Vacqueyras from Château des Roques, Lirac from the Maby family estate of Domaine Maby, Côtes du Rhône red and white from Maison Guigal.
  • Antoine Roy: presenting Touraine wines from Domaine Jean-Francois Roy including Touraine Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec, Valençay red, white and rosé and a Touraine Chenonceaux Sauvignon Blanc
  • Victor Bertrand: showcasing wines from as well as wines from Domaine Paul Mas, the foremost winemaker in Languedoc Roussillon including the Arrogant Frog range, Terrasses de Larzac Appellation, Pézenas red and the 1892 organic wines.
  • Chris Bullimore: tastings of popular wines from around the world including Italy, Spain, South Africa, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina.
