1.The prize:

1.1 A free trip for a car and 4 people on our cruise ferry sailings between the UK and Ireland (Holyhead to Dublin or Pembroke to Rosslare) or UK and France (Dover to Calais)
1.2  Supplements apply for any additional passengers or upgrades to cabins or Club Class in line with our retail rates.
1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

2. Who can enter?

2.1 All entrants must be 18 years or over, be resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland and have a valid email address for email correspondence.
2.2 Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
2.3 Persons not eligible to enter the draw include employees of Irish Ferries, their families, employees of Irish Continental Group (ICG) plc, associated companies, agents of Irish Ferries and any third party included in the arrangement of this promotion, and any customer with an existing email subscription with Irish Ferries.

3. The draw

3.1 This promotion runs on October 3^rd 2024
3.2 Winners will be announced on October 10^th 2024 and contacted directly
3.3 How to enter the competition: Entrants must complete the questionnaire provided on our competition page.
3.4 The winner will be notified using the email address entered when entering the draw. They must acknowledge receipt of this notification within 24 hours or Irish Ferries reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another entrant.
3.5 The name and county of residence of the winner may be published on social media channels associated with Irish Ferries.
3.6 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
3.7 To maximum extent permitted by law, Irish Ferries is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury, which might occur to the winners resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
3.8 By entering this competition you consent to the retention of your data for promotional and marketing purposes by Irish Ferries.

3.9 By carrying out the required steps to enter this draw, entrants are confirming that they have read the terms and conditions of entry and by completing the entry criteria, entrants are deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions of the draw.
3.10 Irish Ferries reserve the right to substitute prizes of an equivalent or greater value to those specified, should any part of the prize offering become unavailable.
3.11 Irish Ferries reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant, to add to or waive any rules without prior notice to the entrants or in the event of circumstance beyond the control of Irish Ferries arising which in its opinion makes it desirable to cancel the competition at any stage.

4. Judging the competition

4.1 A random selection will be made, and one valid email address will be chosen to avail of the prize detailed.
4.2 The announcement of the winner will take place on October 10^th 2024 and maybe published on social media channels.

5. Claiming the prize

5.1 The winner must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by Irish Ferries in connection with the draw.
5.2 All entries become the property of Irish Ferries, and subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
5.3 This promotion is being run by Irish Ferries Ltd (Head Office, Breakwater Road, Ferryport, Dublin 1, D01 W2F5, Rep. of Ireland.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
