We continue to operate our schedules playing a critical role in the supply chain and facilitating essential travel. Our services are operating as normal for freight including freight drivers. We are operating our ‘Travel Safe’ programme to ensure the safety and comfort of both passengers and crew on all our services. See what we are doing here.
Advice is still that travel should be for essential reasons only. Please consult your local health authority for further guidance.
1. Passenger Locator Form (PLF): If you are not a resident of the Common Travel Area (UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey) and are travelling to / through Britain, you are required to complete an online Passenger Locator Form before your arrival in Britain.
2. You must complete a Passenger Locator Form and quarantine / self-isolate (depending on where you have travelled from) if you travelled into the Common Travel Area and onwards to Britain within the last 10 days.
3 .You must take a digital or printed copy of the completed form with you when you travel and have the option to print if needed. It is your responsibility to provide these details and UK Border Force are regularly undertaking checks. Failure to complete or produce a PLF could result in a fixed penalty notice being issued.
Please note that different rules may apply across Britain – i.e.: in the different jurisdictions of either England; Wales or Northern Ireland. Consult the relevant government website for latest information.
Ireland is an exempted country in the latest FCO travel advice, under the Common Travel Area.
In accordance with public health guidelines, it is required to wear face coverings onboard our ships and at ports where social distancing isn’t possible.
