If you have already made contact, we apologise that responses are taking longer than usual. There is no need to contact us again, as we are working hard to get to your enquiry.
- Change your booking: If you wish to amend your travel date to later in the year, you can do it here.
- Cancel a booking: If you wish to cancel your travel between now and the end of May, you need to make contact at least 72hrs before departure, by emailing email@example.com, quoting your booking reference. Here is what you need to know. FAQ's
- Travel in June onwards: If you are due to travel after the 31st May, then these terms apply.
