How to use your booking credit
If you cancelled a booking with us in 2019, you may have received a credit to use against a similar and future booking. If you have a valid credit outstanding, we’ll be happy to apply it to your next booking for travel in 2021.
We are currently uploading these credits against your online account, and we expect to have this work completed by mid-December next. We will email you to confirm when your credit is available to use against your next online booking.
