The Soaps Tour 2023 competition terms and conditions:
1. The prize includes:
1.1 Prize is a trip for 2 on The Soaps Tour in conjunction with Celtic Horizons Tours departing 12th may 2023 and includes return travel by coach and ferry, 2 nights B&B, Coronation Street Studio tour, location tour of sites used by Emmerdale and a half day shopping at Cheshire Oaks.
2. Who can enter?
2.1 All entrants must be 18 years or over and be resident in the Republic of Ireland
2.2 Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the course of transmission.
2.3 Persons not eligible to enter the competition include employees of Irish Ferries and their families, agents of Irish Ferries and any third party included in the arrangement of this competition. 2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter this competition draw.
3. The draw
3.1 This promotion runs from 23rd Feb 2023 to the 26th Feb 2023 inclusive
3.2 Winners will be announced on 27th Feb 2023 and contacted directly
3.3The winning entry will be selected by Irish Ferries. This decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into with any party. 3.4The winner must confirm acceptance of their prize within 24 hours of being notified, otherwise their prize will be forfeited and allocated to another entrant.
3.5 The name and of the winner may be published on social media channels associated with Irish Ferries.
3.6 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.
3.7 To maximum extent permitted by law, Irish Ferries is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury, which might occur to the winners resulting from his or her acceptance of the prize.
3.8 By carrying out the required steps to enter this draw, entrants are confirming that they have read the terms and conditions of entry and by completing the entry criteria, entrants are deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions of the draw.
3.9 Irish Ferries reserve the right to substitute prizes of an equivalent or greater value to those specified, should any part of the prize offering become unavailable.
3.10 Irish Ferries reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant, to add to or waive any rules without prior notice to the entrants or in the event of circumstance beyond the control of Irish Ferries arising which in its opinion makes it desirable to cancel the competition at any stage.
4. Judging the competition
4.1 A random selection will be made, and one valid entry will be chosen to avail of the prize detailed.
4.2 The announcement of the winner will take place on 27th Feb 2023 and will be published on social media channels.
5. Claiming the prize
5.1 Standard conditions of booking and travel as per www.irishferries.com apply.
5.2 The winner must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by Irish Ferries in connection with the draw.
5.3 All entries become the property of Irish Ferries, and subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
