Haven Holiday Parks are closed until 5th July 2020 at the earliest and Theme Parks in Britain until 4th July, at the earliest.

As the Haven Holiday parks and the various theme parks in Britain continue to follow the direction provided by the UK Government in relation to CoVid-19, they taken the decision to temporarily close all holiday parks.

Haven Holiday parks are closed until 5th July 2020 and are currently scheduled to open on Monday 6th July 2020. The theme parks are closed until 4th July 2020, pending confirmation.

If you have an affected holiday booked with us, please be patient, as we will contact you directly by email in holiday date order.

Haven Holidays

Due to stay between 1st June – 4th July 2020 when the Haven Holiday parks are closed due to CoVid-19. Here are your options:

  • Transfer to a new date. Enjoy a credit towards a holiday later in 2020 or 2021. AND you'll receive a £50 Food and Beverage voucher to spend on Park.
  • Cancel your holiday. We will cancel your booking and offer a refund of all monies paid. This refund will take up to 28 working days to process back to your payment method.
  • Sail away with Irish Ferries: If you wish to cancel your accommodation but use the ferry portion of your booking, you can.

Due to stay from 6th July onwards - Enjoy a ‘Haven Hideaway’ self-catered accommodation in  beautiful landscapes and beaches for miles providing all the fun of the great outdoors but to comply with Government coronavirus rules it will be without the usual activities, restaurants, pools or entertainments. You can still pick up your essentials from the well-stocked on-park supermarket, the launderette is open, plus there are plenty of take away food options.

  • We have extended your ‘balance due’ date out to just 27 days prior to departure (from 56 days), to give you more time to consider your plans.
  • Transfer to a later date in 2020, paying any difference in price, subject to availability
  • Cancel your booking. As it is expected that these holiday parks will be open for business from 6th July onwards and as we continue to operate our sailings, standard terms & conditions of cancellation will apply.
    • Cancel you holiday between now and 29 days prior to departure, cancellation terms will apply as per our holiday terms and conditions sent with your booking confirmation.
    • Cancel your holiday within 28 days of departure and we can offer you a credit towards a 2021 holiday, subject to availability and terms & conditions
  • ‘Hideaway Break’ as the usual Haven facilities are not available we will be offering a reduction on your holiday price based on your date of stay, duration  and accommodation type, to find out more please click here to email us for your revised holiday price.

Alton Towers Resort, Legoland Windsor, Drayton Manor & Thomas Land

Due to CoVid-19, these theme parks are temporarily closed until 3rd July or until further notice. Please check with us for updates.  If your holiday is affected by these closures, we can offer you the following options:
