Promotional and Sale fares may attract special terms & conditions for amendments / cancellations. Irish Ferries reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Fares are subject to availability. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Charges, administrative dues and all fees are fixed amounts and are excluded from discounts and promotional offers. In the event that the outward leg is not travelled Irish Ferries reserve the right to cancel the entire booking applying the appropriate cancellation fees.

12th SeptemberWine Tasting Event

The producers and wines that will be showcased for on-board wine tasting sailing to France:

  • 1. Niicolas Lugon: presenting a range from Domaines Paul Mas, one of the most influential owner/growers in the south of France, with estates from Perpignan to Nîmes via Carcassonne and Montpellier.
  • 2. Maeva Bompy: showcasing a range of great value wines from France, Europe and the New World from Maison Boutinot.
  • 3. Luc & Valentin Bertrand: presenting some quality French estate wines from Minervois, Provence, Chinon, Reuilly and Quincy in the Loire Valley
  • 4. François Ozouf: François will feature wines from Michel Chapoutier including France, Spain and Portugal.
  • 5. Maxime Watremez: Showing a wide range of organic wines from the Fabre family estates, a ‘vigneron’ family with five wine estates dotted around the Corbières region between Carcassonne and Narbonne in the south of France
  • 6. Chris Bullimore: from Wine Beer supermarket, showcasing Olivier Lacour, the WBS own brand of brilliant value varietal reds, whites and rosé wines.

Taste of Normandy

  • Valerie Joannon from Taste of Normandy will be on board offering food and drink from the Normandy region of France including cider, calvados and cheese.

  • Access to the wine tasting is for customers departing Dublin on 12th September & 10th October.
  • Fare based on 2 adults staying in a 2 bed inner cabin travelling together with their car.

A public bus service operates from the terminal building to the main bus station in Dublin City Centre.

Cherbourg

Cherbourg is situated at the Northern tip of the Cherbourg Peninsula and provides an excellent gateway for travel by road to and from the North and East of France, Paris, and onwards to Holland, Belgium and Germany.

The city's railway station is at the end of the line from Paris and regular services operate to and from Paris-Saint-Lazare via Cae
